    eek Chainsaw needed asap

i got someone i need to bring down to size, thought the chainsaw would be a great start....

    ok.... ok...

so i really neede on to chop the fire wood that we have at home in half.. it's too big for the fire place ( ok for th eold house.. but this one is SMALL..

so we have dry, split fire wood... needed to be hacked in half..

    anyone got a small chainsaw petrol/electric ?
as long as it is sharp... i have beer and don't expect me to sharpen it afterwards.. i'll pay for it to be sharpened if you want..

    we need this asap....

    thanks

Get an axe and let out some stress mate!
Heaps less facking around than using a chainsaw.

P.S. They can hear you coming if you use a chainsaw...

Lend ya mine but would hate ya to cut yaself mate !
You buy the file and i'll whip the chain for ya !

    Ps : I blame the turpentine !!!
A girlfriend once asked " Why is it you seem to prefer to race, than spend time with me ?"
The answer was simple ! "I'll prolly get bored with racing too, once i've nailed it !"

    Bowls can wait !

Cutting firewood in half is REALLY dangerous. Bits are to short to hold far enough away from the saw to be safe. ie the saw is always going to be close to your foot, hand, leg or something else you dont want to hit with a saw. The bits dont have enough weight to stay still while your cutting them either. I operate saws for a living and wouldnt risk doing it like that. saw cuts are like gunshot wounds, see a few of them and you gain new respect for them

You need to get a big table saw to do it or your really likely to have a life changing accident.

    Heres a light nip
