More worried about secret broken stuff that they pretend they didn't know about when it breaks 2 weeks later...

looks pretty clean... still running std pipe, bars and graphics even - they are the first things to break or peel if ridden hard. Also got honda logos on side of the seat - they wear off quite easy so it hasnt been used that much. Of course, they could have been swapped back on but i doubt it.

Maybe take a kber in auckland to check it out with you.

even if you had to do a top end soon it would still be a good deal

Either is good and you will learn to ride either. I would invest in a flywheel weight though.

    KX85 they don't make the CR85 anymore.
Why would you ride that long and that gnarly stuff if you don't have to, Its what we do, we love it.

You had much experience with these? Are they any good for light weight (cc) bikes? On TM the guy who trades Stealhy has them for everything else but KX125. He advertises mostly for 250cc while I've looked at them. Would FWW make much difference to a 85?... if you can find one for it.

I really don't think you will need a fly wheel weight on a KX 85, they have good enough bottom end for trail riding, especially for a light weight such as your self (you're welcome...)

I'm on call this weekend and the KX is getting a piston/rings etc (at 99.4 hours.....only did rings at 50) but you're welcome to have a blat on it next weekend somewhere............... Don't rush into anything without riding a few....... Have you sold Darren yet?

Are you looking at getting one for yours? I recently saw one on TM - not sure if still listed or not though.
Have also seen for an 85, not that i'd bother with one - i don't think you need one.

Darren is on tm at the moment but no sign of interest yet ... gonna miss that bike. yeah got one of each lined up for a test ride on sunday, but keen to try a few and see what it's like. I do know for a fact that I am waaaay overdue for an upgrade.
