    Health and medical thread

After a bit of a search around this site i have come across a thread on things health and medical

with the 16'000 plus members i'm sure we have nurses and doctors amongst us (me not included i'm just a storemen)

So i thought i'd start this thread and see where it goes i hope its future is informative

As we are all adults here i'm sure we can be sensitive about the issues that are hard to talk about

Well i'm going to start this off and put it out there (even if it makes me the but of many jokes for now)

I've had hemroids for a week now and wondered thoses who have had them managed to get riid of them and weather its my diet

    Any ideas?

A teaspoon of avgas will clear those right up, either take orally or apply directly to the affected area.

Dan mate, my missus is a nurse.

I used to get them every now and again. I always thought it was to do with wet/damp conditions and not getting changed clothes (letting them dry naturally). I was wrong.

They are caused my over straining when you take a dump.

So you are right in that it is diet related. A few more vegetables should help out.

I've not had one for over 3 years now.

Not very comfortable at all. Good luck and don't strain or you will get more and make them worse.

    A week - that's nothing.

There's a operation where they pop a little rubber band over them and they end up falling off - a bit like a sheep tail.........

You can buy anal 'pills' to pop up there . One thing I notice about these is that the moulding of the butt-pill is seriously rough on the edges - it amazes me that a large pill designed to go up ya arse when it is very sore has sharp rough edges! Obviously no consideration has been given to the bloody application!

Lucky for me I ride a Honda - this make the insertion of hemroid pills up ones bum much easier.
