She who must be obeyed was standing nude, looking in the bedroom mirror about to get dressed.
She wasn't happy with what she saw and said,
"I feel horrible; I look old, fat and ugly.
I really need you to pay me a compliment."

Apparently "Your eyesight's darn near perfect." was not quite what she wanted to hear.

We had three very alcoholic, very dodgy, visitors arrive from Whangarei on our door step.

Got asked as i was leaving if I was sober enough - thought i was as I had stopped drinking about 4, until i got down the hill. Few pies later and a snooze under a tree sorted me out tho.

Good to see ya again .... and dont worry about drinking other peoples booze, theres a part bottle of Vodka here, aint mine, it'll be here for the next one.

Al said someone had trotted down from up Norf, messy messy night here at times, and for the record, no Im not real good at shifting a full glass of beer (that is sitting on my thumbs) form point A to point B....it didnt make it, stupid game anyway...
