6mins ahead of you. And I came back via Pikak. Bloody cold and wet out there but one has to make sacrifices.

Made the biggest sacrifice of all today. Pulled the Katana out of the garage. and was just about to jump aboard when I notice the slack on the chain. Went back inside to get the socket to loosen the wheel to tighten it when I heard the crash. The bike had rolled forward just enough to cause the side stand to fold.
Superficial damage, nothing broken but the tail is now marked and the decals on the side looking worse for wear.

im back at work this week, that means i kinda have more time for tagging lol and i wouldnt let it stay up the coast all week

Good one Hawkeye, there was not much in it eh, 6 minutes. How close can you get when you are picking up a tag on the coast.

Now we got to keep away from those Kapiti boys for a couple of days.

other shots are the munted tail and the scraped decal (it looks like the panel is scratched but that's only dirt after the blast up the coast to get the tag back to Welly).
I think I got off lightly. The tail caught the wall with the pack rack bar hitting first which slowed the drop down hence the lack of damage
