If you aint done it before it'll be a pot of coffee and much cussing and losing of tiny screws. I'd suggest someone who's worked on carbs before show you what to do. Will take a bit of time, they're a bit hard to get out on the lil hornets. Single frame rail 'n all...

Well since I am riding with my friend Angel, I have to remember that she is not the same as me and cannot keep riding for ever like I like to do!

Yesterday, after riding back from Waipu, had to stop at Sylvia park for a wee break for the wee lass! Coming close to Takanini, had to remember to get off and not head to Hamilton!

As for milage, probably around 2400km for this week ... still not enough!

Wow, you've been busy. Good use of your school holiday break I guess....would like to go out riding like you do but just can't seem to find the time. Just a quick question Justin, what's your record km's in a single week so far?

Big Ol'Hornet catching up with lil'ol'hornet!

Well last night, with the enigmatic Gremlin and the delightful Angel ... my Big Ol'Hornet has hit the 50 000km mark. I bought him brand new from Botany Honda last year at the end of April ... and now in July ... he's halfway to his little brother! 15 months riding ... still not enough milage for me! Just as well I been riding my other bikes as well!

Was pootling around the city meeting up with Gremlin who was pillioning Angel and taking the long way home ... in Otahuhu I noticed Big Ol'Hornet hit 50 000!

Quick stop and a photo and off again home!

Just dropped off Angel to catch her bus back to Wellywood and I think lil'ol'hornet is quite sad He rather enjoyed being ridden by Angel!

Wow, you got the photo right on the mark! Exactly 50,000! Well done that man!

I love the milestones even if your not the first owner, but more special when you are.
The best one is the roll around back to zero, I figure you will have that by this time next year- wonder if you can get the 'money shot' again?

Are the weekly Monday evening at 630pm Hornet Swarm meet up in front of the Auckland Library still going on?

    Cheers.
