It is preferential to refrain from the utilisation of grandiose verbiage in the circumstance that your intellectualisation can be expressed using comparatively simplistic lexicological entities. (...such as the word fuck.)

It annoys me the way he dances around the debate by posing a new question everytime someone makes a good point. Its like he just won't acknowledge that he just might be wrong about some things! However, I do believe the mans heart is in the right place and cares about his fellow bikers....... he just has a very funny way of showing it.

No. But as much as I hate to admit it, being on 95 points has had a temporary effect. It's not just a case of losing my job if I lose my license, I lose my business.

I had to say no. Not because I disagree with katman. It's because I already ride as defensively as I can (most of the time anyway). That's how come I am still riding at mumblemumble years of age.

He has given me pause for thought.
I can't say that when I've given myself a reality check when riding, that I've thought of Katman, but perhaps it has had an influence.
More than that though is my Vivid Imagination: I've seen enough gnarsty videos and had enough spills to know what it feels like, and sometimes get little flashes of "what might happen" that cause me to back off / tone it down / pull my head in / whatever.
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....

A girlfriend once asked " Why is it you seem to prefer to race, than spend time with me ?"
The answer was simple ! "I'll prolly get bored with racing too, once i've nailed it !"

Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

I think the most important thing to come out of it was that his sis PrincessBandit made a good chocolate cake. Or was that another thread?

    Just like slofox!

If Katman helps "one" rider stay alive and out of unnecessary trouble he will have achieved his goal and be well satisfied I am sure.

It's not compulsory to read his threads or posts so readers can't really complain that he is bothering them at all.

Personally my only claim to anything "motorcycling" is that I am still doing it after 55 years of owning and riding bikes, so I must have got some things right.

I can still count my serious crashes on one hand but Katman's critics would probably say thats because I ride like a Nanna, well that's OK by me too!

I reckon he's a nice contrast to the "I went for a ride today and got my knee down and binned and broke something and look how fucked up my bike is, hurr hurr hurr" posts.
