Under the bridge of Fergusson Drive, at the end of the Eastern Hutt Road, close to Silver Stream. I believe it's the beginning of the Heritage Trail, but I didn't stay around to read the signs

And the new tag. Sorry for the pic quality, this is the best I got from my two cameras and it's a bit late to go grab another tag. If it's still for grab after work tomorrow, I'll try to get a better picture.

If you have found the tag that started them all, you are pretty close.

Like I said, I rode over that bridge TWICE while this tag was available! (but I was on a mission at the time and didn't know about it).
