Well done Clint, thanks Mate!
It was a great weekend and a fun ride.....Mishap free, mechanically good and we had all four seasons for the weekend...
The Motu was nice and dry apart from the little ford, the company was great and the scenery spectacular....
Well, almost mishap free, I did notice this approx 40Km from Clints place...
I have posted some photos in my album, have a look if you want to....Not many as I was too busy riding..
UPDATE: Muffler is off and F1 Engineering said it can be Tig welded no problem...I went into my local Piako Stainless, these guys put together silos and tankers. Pick it up this afternoon he said and it will be good as new....Awesome living in a little town sometimes...![]()
Woo Hoo! what a great ride with a good bunch.
I just got a txt from GunnyRob, unfortunately despite the attentions of the roving BMW engineering team the R1200 canbus is still a 'can'tbus' & the GS is getting a ride home with the AA. Bummer. But I guess only having one major issue out of 30 odd bikes isn't too bad a result for the weekend.
Cheers
Clint
What an awesome weekend!
Good to see all the photos being posted upKeep them coming...
The road to hell is paved...
WAAAAAAH, I wanted to go!
Instead I destroyed a few million braincells at a stag party, but I did get some sympathy dirt on the beemer on saturday.
Damn adventure riding. Took me half an hour to clean the bike!!![]()
Thanks again Clint for an awesome weekend, i had a ball with no battle scars.
Great bunch to ride with and 1st class food & accomodation at J E Station.
