A haiku is an unrhymed 17 syllable poem of Japanese origin. It usually has a seasonal reference. The structure is:Erm....sorry to sound a bit daft mate but wot's one of those???
line 1 - 5 syllables
line 2 - 7 syllables
line 3 - 5 syllables
I think that's it, just off the top of my head of coursethanks Google
Piglet is correct. Although I couldn't make it seasonal, I did try to get the water reference in there as a kind of echo of the natural world - despite this lake being man-made.
(Actually Piglet, I usta be a school teacher and we used the haiku form as a "prose mode"...amongst other forms.)

The maps up to date.

Has any one noticed that Google maps has the regional boundaries on it, look for a grey dashed line. If you zoom in you can see Waikato on one side and Bay of Plenty etc. on the other. We may as well use that for the game boundaries.
