    Manfeild & Wanganui accommodation?

Can anyone give me some pointers as to cheap/reasonable places to stay at both manfield & wanganui.
We are bringing all 3 bike up to Rd5 at manfield in Sept and probebly staying Fri/sat/sun/
Also bringing 675 and 150 up to wanganui at xmas.......... bringing the fandamily up at xmas . So is there a Top 10 holiday park or similar.
As its xmas i need to book pretty soon i guess.

Ps.i can see why all you "northerners" moan about ferrry crossings (THIEVING B#**STARDS) even with MNZ discount.
Oh well no one said racin was cheap eh

if i had my own place, thered be space for all. hopefully next year eh.

theres a top 10 holiday park in wanganui. gotta be on somme pde [town side of the river] and follow the river out north towards the aramoho cemetary. its on your right. easy to spot. it is miles away from town though.
on the other side of the river, towards the paras, is the anndion lodge... biker friendly but im not sure of their rates. they have locked under-house parking. they have a spa if i remember. its a bit closer to town and petrol station just down the road. theres no petrol out by the top 10 until you hit the shell, which is about quite a decent ride. i dont go out that way unless i know how much gas ive got in the tank.

if you get lost, just ask anyone, they will be happy to help.

As a local thats what I would recommend.

When family from out of town come they normally stay there. It's a really good set up.

Any other questions feel free to PM me.

Chance are they'll already be fully booked as will a lot of other places, we book for the following year as we walk out the door as do most of the regulars

If you don't want to sleep on the side of the road start ringing around and organise yourself now
