And I've ridden back from watching .. G.I.JOE Rise of Cobra ... and I think the other movie patrons thought I would be doing something special, since I was all togged up in my ninja camo riding gear!

Bit of a larf it was, I only went to see it since there was a power cut at my place!

Anyway nice to get out on the bike and coming back in the rain! And oh yeah, chicks in hawt combat suits ... pitter pat goes my heart!

Can-Am Spyder is in it. (Just like Transformers 2)

Also an MV Agusta Brutale too. Good chase scene.

If you can make it on Kiwibiker you can make it anywhere.

I'm sorry but anything that requires a driver's license to ride is NOT a motorcycle! Hmph!

Hang on... doesn't macho mean aggressive manliness?? Damn Honda riders!!

I don't suppose anyone would know where I could get some Hornet 900 side panels?
I want some black ones, or OEM ones to paint black, I want to keep all my "original" hornet stuff so I don't want to paint my current stuff.

I didn't get out on the bike all weekend. The list of chores getting back has been stupidly long. But I now have a mostly finished bathroom, kitchen, living room, and study.

I bought a lawn mower on the weekend. It's the first new lawnmower I've ever owned. Well, it's also the first lawnmower I've ever owned. Got me thinking about bikes - I've never owned a brand new bike. Must be a neat experience.

    Hmm.
It’s diametrically opposed to the sanitised existence of the Lemmings around me in the Dilbert Cartoon hell I live in; it’s life at full volume, perfect colour with high resolution and 10,000 watts of amplification.

Had such a fantastic ride on Sunday. Decided we needed to go out regardless of the weather - So John and I figured we'd rather be stuck in the rain up north, than stuck in the rain on the southern motorway.

Quick blast up SH16, for lunch at Wellsford. Then went for an explore down the road to Port Albert. WOW! If i can ever recommend a good play road! Excellent visibility on corners, mix of higher speed, and lower speed stuff. Its a playground!

Then it bucketed down once we got into the back roads of Albany - My Ixon jacket did a pretty good job in the wet stuff. Just a bit damp around the cuffs. Pants were good, but the ol Gaerne boots were champion - 100% water proof and toasty warm.

Lil guy loved his first oil change.
Need to do fuel filter and air filter next.
Oh and fit some Renthall bars - suggests to which?

Yep did the oil filter with that change. I think Port Albert is sign posted at two different places - So head down the one closest to Wellsford…
