so do you know where your optimal torque band is for your bike in first gear?
i dont have a bloody rev counter!! lol..... not many of us f4 guys have them....we just learn to race without them

but my exhaust is very very loud so i just listen to the engine and when its crisp and torquey i keep i there,

Your doing it wrong! Your meant to smell the exhaust to find the peak torque

no thats for the fuel/air mix
to get the torque you need to put your head against the back wheel and with some rope and a bit of wood do a burn out.
    lol

power to weight the hyosung has more power to weight

but the 150 will probably faster in the corners.

I thought he added 16hp by doing that fuel tap mod??

doubt it....... although 36hp form a 250cc v-twin is pretty unrealistic

it would be around 26- 28hp at the rear wheel

36hp is deffinatly achievable, however this would involve increasing compression by head milling, or bowled pistons, bigger carbs and possibly tuned for av gas.

Ive managed to get 13hp at the wheel out of a 90hp single 4stroke, however i dont like to go off figures from dyno's as they are never consistant with other dyno's and at the end of the day its really just a tuning tool.

    Anyway chaos's statement is wrong.
    26hp over 98kg- 1 / 3.7 1hp for 3.7kgs
    hyosung has 36hp (his one) over 170 (wet) -- 1 / 4.2, 1hp for 4.2kgs

that mean the 150's have a better power to weight ratio, going by chaos's statement, its more like the hyobag has a better weight to poer ratio.

I would punch the guy who painted your bike in the mouth, it's made of orange peel! There is a huge crack in the paint along the front edge of where they have glassed over the seat. Where it was masked off to be matte black painted with spray cans is shit, and the pattern on the seat is not symmetrical. Not a very good job sorry dude, but it would look nice from 10ft away or when it's going round the track with the pegs slammed into the deck

i know how to take off, i practise it a fair bit. now i need to learn how to ride it faster then ive ever riddin it before

    thanks though
That's wrong Chaos, try it with a stop watch. Strain on the gears and shafts, ignition timing and air/fuel mixture is wrong, it's slower. I'm on a drag crew, we have raced everything between all of us, it's slower and bad for it. Same as loading up the gears in a car.... When will people learn this?
