    Gyro balls?

I was talking to my physio and he said that they are the best thing to build forearm strength. I found them in China for about $7.50usd. I’ve got one coming so I’ll let you know what they are like.

Oh no, I just realised that starting a thread with the word balls in it is likely to start all sorts of stupid comments....

I have had one since my first scaphoid break. Great things, they wear out after a while though. Mine is going that way. After my wrist breaks (3 in total) they have been great in getting some muscle tone back. They are also good in simulating the forces etc your forearms get put under when track racing/doing mx. That reminds me, I need to get mine back out and do a few rounds.

USD$7.50 seems a good deal. On TM they start at $49 and on http://www.powerballs.co.nz/ they go up to as high as $350.
Did you order more than 1 in?

I know a better way to improve forearm strength but it would require you to get used to wanking with your left arm.

theyre probably good, but they are also annoying. wanking will do the same thing, tbh i think you're better off spending more time on the bike if you're getting muscle issues. or if you cant get on that bike get out on your mountain bike in the reserves around your house

i found you get what you pay for.
i had a cheapish TM one and it wore out pretty fast then i got a good one and it has lasted real good.
just make sure you keep it clean.
to open my one you have to stand on it while the casing joins are vertical.
then i clean it with meths on cotton buds.
    lasted for ages.
it took me a bit to get the thing started but now it piss easy.
it seems stupid but i found the slower i tried to make it go the faster the gyro worked.
