    My understanding is The air injection re-circulates exhaust gasses and makes them hotter and makes the pipes bluer.

    AI kit looks sweet. In saying that, para rubber should have should have suitable bungs/caps, and use allen head bolts (or flanged bolts) cut to length (if unavailable in that length),anti-seize and a couple of copper washers should do the trick too.

    Ok, I thought it was clean air passed in post exhaust valves to help ignite unburnt gases?
    Either way, I'm glad I don't have that shite to deal with!

    You're probably closer than me. I wasn't really paying attention - but I do know fo' sure the kit stops the pipes going as blue.

    Thanks for the info Dave and Bonez, I shall follow up with a bit more research. A quick browse on the forums has a variety of opinions (funny that)
    I dont mind a bit of blue on the pipes - shows the thing is ridden and not just for looking at, but I wouldnt want it to get excessive
    Experience......something you get just after you needed it
