I was expecting to see some dude pulling a mono or stoppie, not that little display. Nothing wrong with that picture...C'mon as a kid I used to ride much faster than that on a BMX with no helmet.

    Keep it sensible aye?

Hmmmm... I can sortta see your point here. It IS slightly dangerous, kid could shift around and slip off, but then again, kid's heads are pretty soft!

I know of a guy who ran his baby's head over, IN HIS CAR, kid is alive and well today

I assure you, this isn't bullshit either. The only thing that saved the kid was the softness of it's head. Oh, and maybe the fact the wheels were not made out of knives.

Oh please. I take my 3 year old grandson for big rides around a 3 acre paddock without a helmet. I take a huge amount of care doing it mind you!He will no doubt be riding faster than i in a few years and have as many broken bones as well. Let them ride i say

Christ imagine that! It'd bring a whole new meaning to cutting some hot laps. And schumacher just took a stab up the inside! Ouch.

And while we are at it...all those tarts in bike ads wearing just a bikini need to put some decent gear on and a helmet...does nothing to promote safety of bikers

I can't see the auction (at work), so am guessing there is a kid involved and the adult is role modeling that not wearing gear is ok.

When I first got my bike, I took the kids down the drive without any gear on them or myself. Pretty dumb in hindsight. Not only could 250+kgs landing on a child if we had a fall cause a fatality, but also because as my kids grow up, they may not remember the context of my actions. All they may recall is "dad took us riding without gear and we were ok".

    I haven't repeated that mistake.

Absolutely right. It's disguuuusting. Personally, I quite agree with you they should be made to remove those bikinis immediately

Never mind. That saviour of all that is morally right, the hero of all right thinking people, SUPERGIT has the answer.

All female motorcyclists to wear full niqaab at all times. Sorted.

I wish all Dads were as cool as the one in the picture.
The greatest pleasure of my recent life has been speed on the road. . . . I lose detail at even moderate speed but gain comprehension. . . . I could write for hours on the lustfulness of moving swiftly.
