Have a spare bed in my cabin at Taumarunui if you can handle sharing with a lowly 400 rider.

Sounds good. I'll take it. Now I just have to see if marks will let a filthy triumph owner join in on the fun with the Honda.

Talking The XR with stuff fitted

Hope you don't mind me posting on your new toy thread Brent but as it is.......

Did a bit of a partial strip down today, lubed this n that and to see what may need to be done. Swapped over to the bigger tank and put rear rack on + tried panniers for size. Fitted the standard headlight assembly, looks retro cool to me

    Looks Way Cool Cary !!!

IMO if Honda had fitted E start to that model it would have been very close to being the ultimate ADV bike

Did all those extra`s come with the bike ???

How big is that tank ??

True, bike starts ok but bring on a cold morning........
Yes came with bike, exhaust, racks, bags, trick bits, tank, even got a 10lt fuel cell. Tank is 16lt. Short ride yesterday gave me 15k/lt. Bone dry at the mo so going to put a lt in it then short ride to servo to see how much it really takes.
