    $7990 us$ for blue/white and $8090 us$ for white /red
i think the tank pivots up so you can service the filter, but the seat probably has to come off. I was talking to a yamaha dealer this morning and he said theres a couple of the 2010 yz 450 demo bikes doing the rounds here in nz
if you think life is 2 short , get a taller one

With the EFI plug in tuner, Top teams could end up with remote tuners, One guy sitting back in the teams trailer monitoring things and changing fuel mapping etc depending on what part of the track your on.

Ive read into this abit and i think the powers that be arent gonna allow it
Even on the old ones if you dont race serious and you wanna just go do the odd club day and smoke everyone on a big old 5hundy it great and if you get beaten you have a handful of excuses

Im fairly sure youd have to have some sort of comms device to change the maps on the fly from a remote location that would be easily identified by the race officials

BUT theres nothing to say you cant have a switch on the bars with a few different maps loaded already for track sections etc,Bit like the vortex setup but the number of maps could be increased,I cant wait to see the day average jo can get in and "tune" there bikes themselves hell im gueesing you could find a few more horses just by tweaking the factory settings and you could even change the bike to suit your riding style and even make the engine more reliable for trail riding etc

Fuel injection opens up so much more options with tuning etc
Bikes shops WILL be buying dynos if they dont have em already

They do this with moto gp but they are limiting it. I think the next thing your gonna start seeing with FI bikes at factory level will be traction control, launch control, anti wheely etc etc

Yeh then the rider will also sit in the pits as well with a PlayStation remote? LOL!!
On a Motorcycle you're penetrating distance, right along with the machine!! In a car you're just a spectator, the windshields like a TV!!

'Life's Journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out! Shouting, ' Holy sh!t... What a Ride!! '
