after CKT did the RR on the BB I found the setting far to hard & rough for my liking, but decided to run with it for awhile till it became unbearable, now apparently the setting was setup according to my height/weight etc,etc & after talking to Robert Taylor his advise was ( as mentioned by Carver ) take notes of current setting then turn to fully soft setting THEN progressively turn back to hard until a setting is found by ME that suits ME for My type of riding... after all the advice you will get from the professionals it will come back to personal choice at the end of the day, but really you need to pay attention to what they say & learn for youself & therefore make slight adjustments as you start to understand your bike
I Used to jog but the ice cubes kept falling out of my glass

Who loves gravel .. 100 k's of it or is it more. Murupara east is unsealed.

Any ride to gizzi needs to include East Cape and a night stopover, unless your starting in the dark

Gentle Annie is Taihape - Napier so no not there....
