    Am I missing something....what is the defence? If he did it then fess up...if he didn't but bragged he did on an internet site watched by the cops then fess up and take the consequences..geeze...somethings are just unbelievable plus if I can defend a Family Court action without legal help then Carver should be able to do this no sweat..the poof

    Surely there is no defense against utter guilt ?
    Also, what is the charge?
