    Distance between fuel stops

What would the maximum distance between fuel stops have been? (I need to check the range of my tank) Cheers

This weekend the max distance would have been 150km's. 200kms to reserve will get you thru most rides. Junkmanjoe always has some spare for a price.

Great roads, great tracks and great company.

Was a bloody good weekend, did a smidge over 1200km a very good percentage of that was gravel.

Great work on the camera Anthrax and cheers for the tui's
A few of my photos here, (have stolen some of Anthrax's)

Thankfully I can pick up the R80 pretty quickly, so far nothing incriminating.

It was a fantastic weekend. Thanks again to all the guys who saved my bacon and helped to push and pull when needed. Especially the guys who picked up my bike and dusted me off, after my little off.

Oh, and thanks to the guys for collecting all the stuff that kept falling out of my tail-bag, and finally the bag itself. That bag needs to be tweaked just a little, of course, closing the zipper properly would go a long way.

Almost forgot, great pics Anthrax. Where did you find the time to take all these? :-).

Talking Cheers Marks. Best ride yet!

Yep great weekend from start to finish.

Plenty of falls but not too much damage to either rider or bike.

That fall of Marks(MXNUT) on the Wanga track was a doozey! Did look like it hurt (sorry about picking the DRZ up before the pic Andy!)

Those that didn't do the Wanga Rd, it was worth the commute......

Dam fine ride, lets do exactly the same tracks real soon

to GS rider(?) on Fishers & Mark(NZKTM, Wanga Rd) for doing those rides on intermediate tyres, rather you than me!

Will post my pics when the camera dries out...........

And lastly to Mr Honda for making my XR, made the tracks seem easy
    Going away, busy?

Looks like there's a couple of stories to be told with these two:

Just previewing the first of the video footage, I had to look for one particular shot first of course. The footage isn't great as the camera wasn't mounted very well, too hurriedly done seeing as I changed bikes at the last minute.

I haven't got any data left to upload a vid but here's a pair of stills from it, the camera never lies Alex.

Yeah, I am keen to check out some of those side tracks on the 42nd. Name the date!

It was Alex on the GS with the Sirac's, a bloody good effort by him to get through the fishers and still have a grin on his face.
