    Time for an electric......

Water, a cake of shaving soap and a Badger bristle brush to apply to face. Wilkisnson Sword Double edge blades and holder to shave the stubble.
    L'Occitane after shave to finish.

    Perfect.

It's at least cheapish to shave in NZ, I was amazed at the price of shaving in the Czech Republic- Gillette Mach 3 pack of 4 blades here is approx 400kc which is about $35.00, now thinking of embracing facial hair.

I prefer blades - electric ones feel strange and leave me with a rash - even though I got one of those fancy-pants in-the-shower-and-built-in-moisturiser electric ones. Plus I feel a blade gives me a closer shave.

King of Shave Azor FTW though - longer lasting than the wallet-beaters from Gillette.

Although, I'm so manly that if I put anything on my skin after shaving, I end up with a rash.

I'm horrified at the cost of razors when hubby or son say they need more. Why they don't just use the (still incredibly sharp) cut-throat I have in my tool kit I don't know.

p.s. ladies razors also have to be able to cope with unusual shaped bodily areas such as arm pits and other places which modesty prevents me from mentioning .

Wash with soap, then lather up with Gillette Gel foam, then Mach3 razor followed by Nivea balm or moisturiser as I sometimes get razor rash. Tried electic razors, didn't like them.

Incidentally, does anyone use King of Shaves shaving oil instead of foam or gel? I once got sent a free sample and it was bloody fantastic but I've never seen it in the supermarkets.

IF, as they claim, the "Last blade shaves the closest" - why not just put that one blade in the bloody razor!

Except the blades are a long way down from the top edge so missing the little bit under your nose is common....

Oh yeah, I can easily see the marketing thunk behind it... does anybody actually use all three though? I can't even remember all of them.

Man that would take time. Bad enough having to get up at 445am to get ready.
Blade shave for work and use the trusty electric on days off.
    no fancy razors here.
If you are behind meDont ask as I am lost too.
