Headed to Matamata to scrub the rubber and darted down several back roads to avoid the mains. So far, I'm surprisingly impressed with the 2ct's.
Since I was lucky to avoid the rain I thought it would be mean of me not to ride in it. So off I went on another trip to Hamilton. I came to one conclusion...

If you want the real rain experience buy some IRC tyres. Make sure they are a few years old and have started to crack (you know so the cracks give better traction) then your life will be full of excitement

You like the 2ct's then eh? I was running them on the mental gixxa and it felt pretty solid. Even 2 up. As you would have seen a couple of times on sunday rides.
Oh and its been beautiful and sunny down here the last couple of days... clear deep blue central otago skys.....
