So do I young Dave, so do I. Perhaps it's an option. Another option is finding some random way to end up at the Wheatsheaf. They're friendly to us in there.
Dyers pass, summit road, lyttleton, wheatsheaf via governors bay??????
And remember ...... if it hasn't got one of "Uncle Flip's" prosthetic kickers it isn't a real motorbike!!!

Well one user can only place 2 and there were about 10 so I am forced to assume there were other people involved.
Pretty sure I'm not narcissistic (enough) to tag it ten times anyway.
To be fair I believe that you were going to other users houses and adding tags from their accounts..... so not quite the inoccent party. Just remember that people dont know about the relationships that people may have outside of this forum and that saying certain things might me taken the wrong way by other people.... just a thought.

And McWild if you wanted some man loving time with Phoenix you have to ask me first!

Yes pootling is about the speed I ride at!!! I dont know what is faster a tootle or a pootle, I think a pootle must be...

Wets route sounds fine to me as long as it isnt wet (like raining)
    Gold Diggers....like hookers just smarter

My only concern with Wet's route is the condition of Summit road. Anyone been up there recently?? It's a good ride though

As far as I'm concerned that's a green light

As we discovered on previous rides it's too difficult to re-group at the sign of the kiwi, so we won't. We'll head all the way through to the carpark at the top of Evans Pass and regroup there. We'll then head down through Lyttleton and have a quick catch up at the bay just past the tunnel roundabout and then onto the Wheatsheaf. These guys are much more friendly to us than Godley House, so well be good to them. Just be careful in their gravel carpark. I've seen more than one bike go down there in my 2 short years in Chch

    Change of Management

Just a point to note ( hopefully it will make no difference!) The Weatsheff has new management... the couple that were there (and were awesome) have moved on recently
Hope this cold weather hasn't changed the condition of the 'high bits' too much
    Cheers

Obviously it's going to be subject to decent weather. We'll do something else if it's dodgy on the day.

I did not know about the cnange in mgmt, thanks

As long as there is light when we go around summit rd! I take my time around there, being a newbie some spots the scenery down to the left "heightens" my senses so to speak lol Not sure if i'll be there anyway, as long as I get back from the coast in time.
