Did the loop... old mountian, waiterimu, limestone quarry loop, pirongia west, oparau,kawhia, old raglan to ruapuke, rags, te mata, old mountain then Home. about 260klms- nice cruzy day practicing some of those techniques from that DVD

    Here's the message.

    its a + 0.05mm piston
    after 20 years the spare parts are done .. :-(

    shit last of the line aye thats a big deal for all the 750 owners
    hopefully some brainy dude will make a piston or figure out a re/sleeve for the rest of us.
    hope it works for ya mate
    just think if thats the last of the oversized 750 pistons it would be worth quite a few more $$$$ in years to come

    I did see a sleeve for the 750 on ebay, still got the standard piston

    Pistons can be made to order, pretty much any dimension you want. They are generally forged so are noisy when cold but bloody strong, so availability is no real concern.
    I mentioned vegetables once, but I think I got away with it...........
