When you have examined the photos sent down the extent of the damage is clear to
see. xxxxx is very disappointed , due to bad weather in Auckland , this damage happened on
only the second time wearing the leather suit. After a long talk with xxxx we both believe
The course of action to cause the least amount of friction, bad publicity and hard feelings
Would for the cost of the suit to be repaid back into xxxx credit card account. That way
Every-one is able to put the experience behind them and no harm done. The motorcycle
World is a small group of riders and a positive act on your part would reflect well on
    Quasimoto.

    With Thanks

I think you might be a bit of a slow learner re consumer law.
Qmoto products have the right to repair or replace the product that MIGHT of been faulty due to manufacturing or poor quality component.
Qmoto DO NOT have to follow your instructions re refund at this stage.
They (qmoto), as i understand it, have had the item repaired, or are in the process of doing that. How bout you pull your head in and let the proper course of action flow.
Yes NZ is a small country with a close m/cycling community. You are but a small fry that is stirring the pond.
