I had that route in mind for this week. I have one concern though...if it's a big turn out where are we all going to park at the Twisted Hop? There's not enough space there for the 40 odd bikes we had last week. I suppose some could just park out on the street...

we've done like 30 in the past

after that ride where helen and lilM got all bright eyed and bushy tailed.

that was probably late 30s, if we call early we might be able to suss something out.

Damn I was hoping for a park up with a gentle slope.

I was riding back from Duvauchelles yesterday morning and just before Otenetahi(sp?) the RGV decided it wasn't quite light enough and threw away its kickstart to, um, increase performance.

So now it's a GP push start for the Pepsi until I can bothered switching over the one on my other RGV.

It would appear that the daring little kickstart lever has hitch hiked or flown away to bigger and better things in its life as after a search yesterday and another one this afternoon it is nowhere to be found.

Good excuse to take the RG150 for a spin though. That thing is so awesome. You just select a gear depending on the way of the road and hold the throttle to the stop.

But yeah if anyone finds the kickstart on the side of the road between Governor's bay and Living Springs I'll buy you a beer for your trouble.

Twisted is a old favourite hang of ours. We do love fish and Chip bar and we will be going back there as well (esp cos of the card thingy) but a few of us have missed twisted and they loved having us.

Next time we stop in town we will go to Fish and Chips

To be honest D never found the beer to much if at all more expensive than most places in town, even some of those out of the centre like the Speights places, and its certainly different beer, much tastier in my opinion.
Its not the destination that is important its the journey.
