In that case it's a no-brainer, as long as you don't park on the street where the wardens can snap you

Got a head start on y'all. I'll be wearing this to class in the evening every day for maximum exposure seeing as the motorways are packed with cars at that time of day.

good idea - sell the T shirts (or as i would prefer high vis jackets) on 1 day tee www.1daytee.co.nz
Then I could get a Kb Tshirt, move to Timaru and become a full time crossdressing faggot

T shirts, emails chains are all very well but they will go largely unmissed. We need to get off our arses and get out there, make in as public as possible. By all means to the shirts and emails too.

I'd take a day off work if i had to for a puplic protest. If will all sit at home and bitch it will come to nothing. Six months from now you will look back at this and think, why didn't we do more.

    I know i would!

Instead of a bar graph, text is easier to read...
more rough ideas... Stats are made up, because I don't have any at the moment...

    Get the message out there.

this is a tshirt thread, plenty of others to voice about protests.

Nice shirts Retro Asian, i put the excell file up here on the last page (i think) with the stats from the acc website, road motorcycles make up 3.2% of claims as far as i can tell. I agree, the bargraph didnt reall work as well as I though, would a pie chart be a better idea? more of a visual comparision than with just numbers.

    Hello,

yes i do understand that. But i feel my points are valid all the same. Where to you suggest i post?

As this ACC issue is a threat to us all who cares what channel we use as long as we stick together and get our point across.

    Thank you.

Sheesh! And I thought the British government was good at shafting road users! 200% price hike?! Count me in for sticker & a tee.

Just my tuppence; If we're going to show claim % for bikes, I think it'd be good to show all the % claims across the board (like the graph above) so people can see how much is claimed by the other areas that don't actually pay a levy. Helps drive the point home.

Stupid fucking kiwi drivers do not know how to keep left. Once again, it all comes down to the driver education for ALL road users, coupled with the cornflakes packet licences that get handed out after a "scratch and win" test...

But we all know the answer... "more taxes".

Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?
