Just a thought, but I think we really should all drop the whole 'cagers' thing. It's a divisive term at a time we need car drivers on side rather than against us. An Us & Them scenario is not going to help our case at all.

too late for that i think. just gotta look at the tardme acc threads, all the car drivers on there are DELIGHTED that we have higher costs. they dont see that they are also in the firing line.

The campaign has to be directed at the politica Parties not the ACC. They are the ones that will get the final say on what happens.

We can't vote the people at the ACC out of a job - so we have no leverage over them. Targetting the ACC is a waste of time.

Its National changing the rules, Its only National that can change anything!! Its got to be "National ACC" not ACC.

ACC are already saying that they have nothing to do with the law they just enforce what National does!!!

Never too late to change!
Whilst it's only a small thing I think this kind of negativity directed at car drivers is unfounded, after all they pay to use the roads as well (unlike some road users...) and realistically while there are bad car drivers there are equally plenty of bad bike riders. We need to share the roads and the anger at the government for an unfair ACC system.
As for tardme, I long ago gave up viewing the threads on there, as with the ones on yahoo/xtra they just seem to attract a large proportion of morons.

Yeah, that's a good point, need to make it very clear that ACC is not the enemy in this, ACC may be the what we're getting reamed with, but it is National who are nice and squarely the ones DOING the reaming.
