[QUOTE=Flip;1129474400]Les did a brillant job. He looked like my dad the average working man, which is a very strong place to be when taking on ACC and did not look like some prick in a suit.

Did they really ask for $10k to disclose the supporting data?!

If they don't deliver someone should make a formal request under the OIA.

Fuck Im pissed with this thread, KB is now offically to big and to full of dickheads. At a time when we should be united and supporting our own we have this BS to contend with !!
Wake up Brett, he looks impressive to you because you are a motorcyclist.

The whole idea of TV coverage is not to impress other motorcyclists - it is to get the general public on our side. To do so we need someone who comes across as convincing and compelling to non-motorcyclists.

Les's mug was the perfect one to be on national tele i felt ! Not to mention the only one with the balls to do so !! I felt relaxed with the job he did !

The lead up to that slot showed helmetless harley riding hoons did it not ??
What better way to belittle that original picture, than by some sweet gentle innocent old man fronting Bronze on TV

He spoke as fluently as he was allowed and even gave up on the presenter interupting him and spoke over him !

Would you (OP) prefer a patch member of an outlaw club be the protests spokesman ?

Oh and Steve, would you be putting you hand up ?
A girlfriend once asked " Why is it you seem to prefer to race, than spend time with me ?"
The answer was simple ! "I'll prolly get bored with racing too, once i've nailed it !"

    Bowls can wait !

Just watched it on TVNZ on demand or whatever it's called. (It froze before the very end but saw most of it.)

He did a fantastic job, and I now feel less dirty for the red I gave the O.P. (might be the first I've ever given out).

A good ordinary Kiwi bloke, not a bikie, just a bike rider, gave the suit from Wellington a good hiding.

Katman the negative can go screw himself; I think the average New Zealander will get from that interview exactly what we need them to.

    Wonderful job.

I'm not suggesting I'd do any better job Bill.

I'm convinced that someone out there that rides a motorcycle would though.

We are talking about a fight for our lives here. It deserves looking for the best person for the job.

Believe me, we are in a position where we need the best person we can find.
Normally I dont mind what you say even agreeing with some of it but you just pissed me off.

Now I see you are an utter pillock. You get on some fucking high horse like you know what you are on about but really you are some idiot that hides behind a computer bitching on like you are higher than god. I never actually see you trying to publicise this or any pother cause. All you do is bitch about bikers on this site, nor have I seen you on TV, radio etc doing anything to help rally people etc so why dont your just pack up and shift your loser fucking whinging else where.

Well done Ixon, you did a fantastic job! Thanks for standing up for me, I couldn't be more greatful!

I've never met Les but I'd be pleased too, You on the other hand

Is it your life's mission to bag all that try to improve the lot of the motorcyclist?
