What's happening, is you've got a big bunch of folks, all with the best intentions for our sport. However, all of them have massive personality clashes and different visions on how best to make the sport grow.

What was the road to Hell paved with again?
Vote David Bain for MNZ president

That's simply because most people involved in motorcycle racing have massively over inflated egos. I'm no different. But ffs...for the good of motorcycling in NZ...egos need to be buried. Deep.

By the way...the road to hell is paved with Tui...and as a final kick in the teeth when you arrive...they only serve DB. Warm.

You're not meant to be counting Trashman. I'm going to give the racing a miss and run for an MNZ position. Racing isn't dangerous enough anymore.

Club Presidents shouldn't be making any decisions without consulting their membership

I wouldn't worry too much. It appears the high heid yins are in no position to accuse anybody else of bringing the sport into disrepute.

Shame I have to pay money in order to race and be "represented" by these guys.

Yep, seen the correspondence and it has one persons smell all through it. People that live in glass houses are best advised not to throw stones.
The industry at large supports Jim and the board. Nothing more to be said.

What about the paying members of MNZ? Are they less important than the industry?

You mean the paying members who voted him in?

No of course not, there was no other meaning in what I said other than without the support of the industry ( whether people /members benefit directly or indirectly ) the sport is screwed.

The Tri Series that you are heavily involved in is an excellent example of how to organise a series, attract large numbers and attract industry support.

The sad thing is MNZ members may be paying sill amount of money for litigation, that sucks. Thats all Im saying.
