the law is not a moralistic medium, contrary to what most NZ'rs think.

the Law does not set our moral principals.
the police on the otherhand, will enforce the law, no matter how immoral it is

1) That it's ok for people to pick on others who are easily identifiable, be it the car they drive, the clothes they wear or the colour of their skin, irrespective of that person's actual behaviour.
2) That this attitude is embedded in police culture.
