Well not good news to come back to really guys.
The KLR will def turn up somewhere Jatz - more prob Tapawera or Mot than town.

As for gettting cut off. well all I can say is it still makes my blood boil when I think of all those Fkers on mx bikes cutting onto my side of the road for about 5 corners when I went across the Maunga early this year- It's not just cagers that are assholes.

Aside from that it was a beaut day for riding toaday. The buller was spectacular.... pity I was in the work wagon....

Hey I was there Sunday & drove through sheets of torretial rain to get to Westport. Must have started after you went through.

I wish I could help you out with the KLR but sadly (or fortunately I spose) I know very few lowlifes down here to ask around.

Hows the other bikes coming? Saw the cool Ten up for sale again. Good luck with the tank.

I see in today's paper, that the Maunga could be closed for some time (Nelson side).
Also, I was interested to read that it is classified as a 'legal' road.
Begs the question - should our MX & quad friends even be allowed on it.........??!!

    Unhappy My butt hurts

owwww I slipped today - not anywhere a work site thankyou MR OSH - & fell onto the corner of a block retaining wall straight on my left buttock. Feeeck it hurt. Now I'm at home lying back hardly able to move my leg

Had to be during a frantically busy time too.

Still gotta be a bright side - didn't land on the tenders

Did you have a site specific safety plan and were you aware of any hazards that exist or potentially exist, also had you filled out your monthly incident summary and filled in a hazard register. have you done a monthly safety audit and pinned it on the wall next to your special HS&fucken E wall planner.
If you had done all of that you would never have fallen on your ass.
I mentioned vegetables once, but I think I got away with it...........

Damn didn't think of that. I did weigh up my chances of getting injured & the chance was pretty high so I just lived on the edge.... for a millisecond

And then your eyes crossed and you decided the edge was a silly place to live?

When's the next adv friendly trail ride happening? Gotta getout there & dirty!!

Any word on the missing KLR JAtz? There has been a lot of pilfering around nelson lately so the cops will pick them up at some time. Hopefully the bike will be in one piece.

On a lighter note - at least they had good taste
