    Went for a ride with me kids the other day...felt totally unsafe without jacket and gloves etc

    used to, and used to be damn fast as well. i once rode from the wanganui race course to the international centre across the river as fast as i could. i got there second only to a car, and beat all the other cars. felt like throwing up afterwards, lmfao. i dunno how many k it is, but its quite a ways. didnt really stop till i got there... hit green lights and car free intersections the whole way.
    i do feel that push biking gave me better ability as far as head checks etc go and being aware of cars.

    i can still ride, but am reallllly slow now. should get back into i guess.

    I'm more than happy to ride a pushbike "look ma, no hands" style, and do lots of other crazy stuff on one. Wouldn't try the same things on el bandito though...
