That explains why I never passed you guy's on SH2. Got delayed departing home so missed you at the pond. Normally I would pass you heading norf. (Rapa,param, Mana etc).

had a quick swim, and did some sunbathing!

we did what any sane person does and piss off to the nearest pub wiyh a lit fire

so, with the massive group of riders converging in on wellington in a couple of weeks, ya still gonna have your ride on the 17th? cause i'd be keen to have a ride that eveing i think (at this stage anyway). Would be nice to see some of wellington.

The BIKOI is Tuesday 17 November.
The ride will be Wednesday evening 18 November.

I'm sure we can organise a Tuesday special for those staying in town on the Tuesday night. There will be a few who would like to go see our playgroung and try out the swings.

In fact, I can see me ending up playing on the swings on the Monday night as well for the folks arriving early.

On a sad note, seems BEARS has shut down over summer?

Im still keen to see the 1st Wednesday there every month regardless.
And every other Wednesday in fact.....or Tuesday, or Monday...any day with a Y in it actually

yeah - it seemed to fufil what ideas Flame had for it, but dont forget its always going to fit in with TWNCR, so will still happen in some way, shape or form.

I think I may start a couple of new threads, one for the 16th and one for the 17th.
I'm sure some of the out of towners would like to see a few of the Wellington roads while they are here.

Tomorrows ride will be a little light of some of the regulars due to the 'Volunteers" meeting at PnJ

feel free to call in to PnJ after the ride those who attend, and anyone willing to sacrifice convoying on the big event to assist marshalling

Remeber, wives, mature offspring (LOL) etc CAN assist with this it does not requires a 'BIKER' to assist on the day, Missus StoneY is comin along to help on 17th too

Everyone else, enjoy Hawkeyes guided tours of the Capital on Monday and Tuesday nights next week
