Arrow Request from The TEC Team

We sure are, the route is posted and wont change.

If anyone is planning on joining this ride once it is underway please make sure you approach the tail on the lane inside to where we are travelling and draw up along side the TEC's so they know you are there. Indicate you want to join in and WAIT for them to fall back and make room for you to slot in at the rear of the ride. Under no circumstances should you simply attempt to butt in! The formation will be established at the start and there is no room for people to push in.

Thanks guys! This is going to be such a cool ride.

This will be covered off at the rider briefing, but anyone who joins along the way and has to leave the ride, please stay towards the back of the group and make sure you signal the TECs that you aren't in trouble and don't need assistance. (i.e. leave the convoy and a thumbs up and give an "I'm leaving" sign - probably pointing away from the convoy)

107 people registered as of now! This is going to be most excellent fun.

Tart, you have a lovely ride too and we'll see you back here all tuckered out at the end of the day to compare notes.

Fortunately there's another registration area outside KB for the Wellington run... I think it had a few hundred people last time I looked?

I won't go looking for the spreadsheet now (getting ready for today's ride) but I will find you the link later if you like. It's a google spreadsheet type thing and is probably linked from the main Wellington ride thread.

Some people are doing only local rides Wendy...their contribution to an overall protest.
Not everyone can get time off work to got to Welly, not everyone can afford it either.
    Local protests are all good!

Some of us (me) slot into both of those and don't have the experience to do a ride like that as well..

Looking forward to the ride today though.
