What a day for you it doesn't get any better then that, big ride in the morning, go home and have beer, watching soccer - (All White's won) and then you got good news. Congratulation .

I'm pleased BRONZ has proved a viable rallying point for a lot of motorcyclists.
I hark back to the debates with Lou G all those years ago and while not all agree with the policies decided, even within BRONZ, the meetings have been impeccably run and admirably democratic. All anybody could ask.

People I would acknowledge for where it is now:

Anne got a phone call from her daughter who was in a car (not driving) and she asked ''what are all the fuckin' bikes on the Motorway doing''? she said it looked massive.

I loved the complete stranger that approached us when we got back to Warkworth, I guess the gear gave us away She wanted to know how she could find out about these rides! She saw the bikes on the motorway and said it looked fantastic!

Hmm.. yeh.. careful with that route - me an a few mates got pinged around there a couple-a-years back with a mufti and a marked car - and some cops with a mojor attitude problem...

Hate to say it but there is no way I would get pinged on a bike I have never rode before on a strange road going 70km lol oh occasionally a bit quicker...

Riding locally around Franklin... 90km and behind my partner was a cop... he kept trying to hide me... but then we turned right, and the cop just past me... ignored the fact I was over 70km... but happy I was under 100km. hehe

ahh, yeah I'd pinged for that, I did the ride with my "L" on, was a little worried every time I got close to the bike that was keeping us company I hoped he would turn a blind eye
