I thought preparation for the arrival of in-laws requires just 3 actions?

    1. Put on helmet
    2. Start bike
    3. Ride

Yes, yes, I know where I'd rather be tomorrow, but you know how it is... "happy wife, happy life".
There is someone who said they'd go in my place though, so look out for a tall guy on a Royal Enfield with pillion.

Well, the numbers were a bit lower than we would have hoped for - I didn't count, maybe someone else did, but, a fairly well informed reporter and photographer did turn up, so hopefully, a good write up tomorrow.

The shopkeepers and public we did speak to were supportive, and BB's got a few more customers than they'd usually get on a Sunday morning.

To those that could make it, thanks. Lets get thinking caps on about what we can do next.

    Coffee time

A misty morning in the Naki saw 30 or so meet for coffee and a relatively silent protest. Sufficient numbers for the press to get some photos while being told a few home truths about where ACC is heading on this. If half of what we chatted about makes it to the papers the morning will have been a success. Also great to put a few faces to KB names

Plenty of stategy planning discussed also with the BRONZ Naki toy run looking like being the next massed event that we can use to publicise our cause. Could somebody from BRONZ post a calender event on KB to advise all of this event?

There is something about seeing bikes one to a park that is very foreign! What a great effort down there! Congratulations on pulling off another sucsessful stick it to the man quietly but constantly protest. Funniest coment I had today was a bloke saying to me,

"you know, I have never seen bikes searching for somewhere to park"

    Weird eh? Great effort guys!

I was thinking the same thing today!! Watching bikes circle looking for a park is just plain weird!
