Need bike for license test TOMORROW Wednesday (25 Nov) (Welly)

So my bike took a little lie down and has no RHS indicators or mirror. My restricted test is booked for tomorrow at 12.45 in Kilberne, Wellington. I have 50$ for anyone who can lend me a 250cc or smaller bike to sit my test tomorrow. Preferably I would pick the bike up in town by 11 or so so that I can get used to it before I take the test.
If anyone can help me out here please give me a call on [no longer needed]. I'm going to call around the bike shops tomorrow morning as well.

just go and test ride one.....do the test take it back...
or rent one..

just a thought ..

Yup - you should be able to rent one for the purposes of a test for not much more than $50. A couple of the stores in Auckland do a 250 @ $80 for a couple of hours for that very reason.

what did you do to that poor ZZR? I would lend you mine but it's not quite legal at the mo

Don't ask :-/ I'm sure there will be a post on that in the next few days. Cheers for the support anyway... dunno what you could do to a ZZR to make it 'not quite legal'. (other than remove the indicators and wing mirror via the hard flat surface known as the road).

I passed it ez... I think having a full car lisence makes it dead easy, same test just less wheels to worry about.
Can't thank Dene enough for his pink and purple monster. I booked it a month ago and was worried I wouldn't be able to sit it. I think I did piss the testing officer off though... took me forever to get my gloves on, still soaking from me washing all the ditch water out of them ><
