Yes I know I have attended a couple of these rides now.

Last one I was at was very lucrative for the Highway Patrol.

But like you said it's not a road race.

The Burger Fuel ride generally tends to be at a slightly slower pace than some of our other rides. Shirley (CrazyHorse) is very good at taking people under her wing though so if that pace does get a bit "spirited" then I am sure that she will hang back and keep you company.

Sorry Grusomhat - I didn't do that last night [but did feel bad that I wasn't more responsible ] But we did wait for everyone at the corners

I don't mind admitting when I'm wrong either

Don't sweat it. I am more than happy to tag along at the back and just catch up when you stop or at turn offs.

Thanks for having me along. Was a good ride of some familiar roads so a good chance for me to get better.

    Bring on Sunday!

Leave BP Stortford lodge at 8am pick up Napier Bikers at BP Bay Veiw 8.30, breakfast at Taupo Mac D's leave Taupo anticlockwise to Turangi, to Kuratau Junction, Lunch at Kinloch back to Summit Cafe for Smoko any one with a Harlie gets a free coffe' ( that sucks ) back to Napier Hastings, possibly odd spot prizes. Every one at there own pace but will not be a quick one, gona save that for the sprint the next day.

It really did look very unloved. Specially as it was next to the R1 that the whole crowd wanted to look at. Gixxer 4 ever

Hey thanks for that Stormy1, I hear what your saying.

Maybe the couple of runs I went on were the slightly "Free Sprited" ones.

Not sure you'd need to hang back to keep me company though.

However I rarely exceed the posted limits. ...... too tight to pay the fines
