Anymore than 85HP is a waste anyway.

Hey guys so I heard about this awesome thing the other day it's called a variable.
Your K8 puts out atleast 120!
105 ish at the rear wheel with a very linear power curve. The more you let it wind out the harder it goes. It is way more enjoyable to ride than the SV1000 i had before. Staying in top gear and just twisting the throttle got kind of boring.
And as a bonus the 600 is easier on petrol and rear tyres. I love it as a road bike in its own right.
Most logical reply yet! You clearly don't belong on KB, you have far to much sense!
There's a challenge to riding on the road? If you want a challenge and think you are the man (which is sounds like you clearly are) take it to the track and show all the big boys how it is done![]()
The only thing making a bike go fast is the rider.
Frosty on an old XJ900 would lead rides where guys on the latest machinery wouldn't feel slow.
Warr on a 1984 Yamaha FJ900 would keep guys like the legendary Loosebruce on gixxer thous in sight - not side by side - but in sight. Bruce was one of the fastest public riders in the country without a doubt.
Goblin on a piece of shit ZXR400 would keep up with guys on machines twice as fast.
Sujilite would turn up on a 1989 ZXR750 with dodgy forks and dissappear almost a minute infront of anyone.
Motoracer and Two Smoker on RG150's would overtake litre bikes on the outside of corners.
Yaya - I know your turbo, NOS Hayabusa can do 400kmph - Can you???
Not everyone can afford to go to the track every time they want a bit of fun around the corners. And yea, try riding like you do on the track on the road, it's a "challenge". To stay alive. And yes I know you're a very good road racer, I'm just saying... What I just said
