Yeah umm, this race is hard. The roots are very gnarly, was 5 minutes before the end of the last time trial and I tweaked my leg again LOL. I just get the worst luck... But yeh, Slipping and sliding everywhere, it's pure carnage. Some of the hardest riding ive ever done. Endurocross was fun tho ! I most likely will still ride tomorrow, my goal now is to just finish...

Yeah thats me little.whittie! I'll say hi to ya tomorrow :P

Mmmm. Sounds pretty tough alright, how long were you guys on the bike today?

Vazza, get heaps of ice on the leg (anti-inflams if you got 'em), review tomorrow. No sense in turning it into a major niggle injury. Having said that, managing to finish an event like this would a seriously cool thing to have under your belt. Lots of pretty well known riders on that list, you guys are in good company.

    Rode from 8AM to 2:30PM(roughly).

Race consisted of 8 timetrials where you gotta go flat out for about 10 minutes each time, rest of the riding is a roughly 40KM look that you have to do in a certain amount of time, anymore and you get penalised. Time trials are spaced throughout the day.

The loop is the easy part, it's trying to go flat stick on the time trials over gnarly roots and are as slick as ice. I had a brand new S12, no traction at all : /.

Anyway, gotta leave at 5:30AM tomorrow..

    Will update tomorrow night

Woke up this morning to find myself hardly able to walk properly let alone ride my bike. My leg was pretty strong before the race, but I just twisted it on a weird angle. Completely stuffed it! Looks like ill be going in for an operation, will be out for 6-9 months. Better get it done while im young...

Anyways, goodluck little.whittie! You're a very fast rider for your age. I reckon you got potential to be a top racer. Keep it up dude!

Vazza you will be glad to know you didnt come haha it was like riding ia 160km slippery clay river the whole time. It made yesterday seem very easy. Going down some of the hills was hard as... I locked my brakes up and I slid faster and lucky a tree was there to stop me.. (and brake my fin and plate off )

There were many DNF's and the spiral section was made almost unridable. Hoping for no rain tonight so tomorrow can be riding haha
