This weekend!! Woohoo! So who's all going? How many bikes have survived the season for one last fling?
And remember, youre not a true bucketeer until you've survived a Battle of the Buckets!!
No snow this year but might be some rain forecast ....

I'm coming down to watch only as the FXR isn't quite ready. Getting the engine back from Brens this week but still need to sort out my racing licence etc. When does the membership with the Motorcycling Canterbury Inc start and finish? Will join soon.

That would be fantastic, except I'm without a chain, tyres and a licence. And I cut my arm open today accidentily so have a bandage on one arm. I'll take my time and get the bike 100% then give it a good blast.

I have a contact for Pete to get some slicks off but haven't contacted him yet, watching the pennys(well the wife is watching my spending) so will worry about them later. Bren also told me to go to Pitlane for a chain as well as numbers.
And I've just taken out the forks to get the seals done and see they are slightly bent, DOH! Can't believe it.

    Fork seals

I get seals from Seal imports. They normally have stock of the same id and od but the width does vary sometimes. They cost anywhere between $ 6-12. Cheers

Thanks for that. I know they are over 30 bucks through suzuki per side, but Bren said he can get both for that.

Apparently around 10am with the Bucket racing kicking off at 12pm. I'm not racing as my bike isn't quite ready. I would like to be.
