We had to get both our sons circumcised for medical reasons. It was terrible, the pain and suffering they went through.

I remember taking the bandages off after a set period and they were all blood scabs that tore the healing skin as we went (despite bathing them and soaking the bandages thoroughly).

One of the worst things I've had to do as a parent.

They stopped circumcising Poms in the mid 80's when they discovered that they had been throwing away the best bit. Well actually, they sewed the throwaways into wallets that converted to suitcases with a few strokes.
This was about the same time that they found it needs four skin divers to circumcise a whale.
Groan. Yeah I know.

Hmmm now that I think about this I am quite happy its gone.
Something about a guy getting maximum enjoyment........isn't that like a ADHD kid given a cup of sugar.
