Yeah hes ok broken a bit but otherwise fine. A broken collarboke a couple broken ribs and a slightly punctured lung + a few other bruises and bits.

Was a great day until that for us both.

    Cheers for the event!

Yes hope he gets well soon, it looked nasty from the sidelines, although I didn't actually see him crash but saw the aftermath, did he high side?

I the last 10 minutes Ange had picked her pace up and was giving me a big hurry up, she must have had bike problems in the last couple of laps (lucky for me as my left leg was cramping bad). She was a joy to race with nice clean lines and for three or so laps we were trading positions with her pushing me along we were steadily closing in on LilM and Dan O.

Dont blow too much hot air up Bren's ass, his head starts to swell. Its good to get your perspective Oyster, once again you have looked outside the square and shed some light on others outside the placings doing well. My ride for the day was LilM, since her crash she has been very cautious and well off the pace but she and her man put 1/2 a lap on me in the first 1/2 of the race. Well done LilM and it looks like I've got my work cut out to keep you behind me again!

    Cool

Thanks to johnny we have some really good pics of the race. Thought I would put up 1 of Avalon and 1 of Angela first - we only got 1 of Avalon racing which is a pity but it is a good one!!!

probably since the last time I mentioned that she may borrow another of the rsgp bikes of E.S.E racing for the GP race at Taupo I was told that all the southisland lads where going to beat her hands down on there Diesels

anyway guess I dont have to lend her a bike this year and I can run around the back off the field on it instead since we all know it would win with a good rider on it ( that i I cant be proved wrong if she isn't riding it)

and those standard factory fair cbr150's dont they RACE them in Aussie ?????
    with factory backing ????

my RS is factory fare (apart from the bucket engine I put in it)

Which factory would that be? You seen the Suzuki Swift race series? Same idea, 20 vehicles all "tuned" to same specs. Those CBR150's were all prepared by the Honda Australia race team to the same specs, race pipe etc but they are fairly standard, and have to remain to that standard to race in the Aussie 150 series. The CBR that won has had more work done to it but probably no more than at least half a dozen FXR's out there. Put it down to the rider, Im sure if Brendon and Al swapped bikes the result would still be the same.

except Avalon would have been in frount when she broke down

I know I know just trying to make up something to get the cbr's banned so dont have to worry about them being faster than my 2 smoker (dont need to worry about the fxr's )

    you are very cheeky!

if i stuck a skinny on my fxr it would be quicker than the cbr that won BOB.

you just wait till i cram an fxr150 in to a rs125 frame.

Hi ya Bren, do you reckon it is worthwhile dropping the forks through the clamps slightly? I see a few of the other FXR's have been lowered. Does it quicken the steering?

Yea I've been reading through all of that which tells me where they sit standard but what happens if you drop them through a bit further like some of the others? Whats the advantage or disadvantage?
