    Clearly you weren't there then, had you been you would have realised that these two Italians are in a much higher league than the kiwi boys who won on sheer dragster horsepower on those straights, on the corners they dominated

    they both rode 450s S1 bikes, they lost to 70+ hp S2 bikes.

    Clearly i fucking was & watched it with my own eyes.
    It sounds like it was you that maybe wasnt there.
    Lazzarini commented later at the Celtic pub in Wanganui that nobody ever passed him on the outside before, Ever!!
    And the straight line speed was virtually identical.

    okay youre right, Ivan and Davide where dominated by a higher class riders Toby Summers and Scotty Mior and their Aprilia's 550 & 73 hp machines put out the same top speed as two 450's

    So Ivan Lazzarini and David Gozzini are in NZ?

    So these two guys plus Daryl Atkins will be doing the cemetery circuit?

    It was advertised ages ago that he was coming, but haven't heard anything since.
    He is still listed on the entries though on the cemetery circuit website.
    I can only hope! He was awesome last time.

    You really didnt see them did you. One of the Aprilia riders in the lead pack had a wee moment exiting the hairpin & fell out of the bunch, he couldnt catch back up, not even on the straights.
