Thanks JNemonic and the FJ guy (sorry I never remember your name!!) for the advice, patience and understanding!! Feel more confident with the corners now, just have to work on the downhill stuff!!

Tupelo, your lines were looking good on the way home (although, me also being new what would I know ) Hope you got some useful advice from everyone!!
thanks to all especially KP Dave and Brent. Your right KP got those lines nailed now especially on tight bends.

BTW in urgent need of new rear tyre any advice appreciated. 150/80-15 for a cruiser

Naw worries dearie!! Glad you got the corner sorted!! good job we didn't come round a few seconds earlier, goodness knows what we would have seen, this guy peeing over the railing wouldn't have been good for my riding!!!!

Give LongWheely a call at the garage, he'll be able to help you!

[QUOTE=Transalper;1129592777]Twas a good end to the WNRs 2009.
A small but nice turn out.
Weather dried up and wind died down to make for a pleasant cruse over Dyres round the Bays to the Weaty for Big Sausage Roll and Chips... with red stuff.

I was in stitches about the bottle of the red one....just make sure you dont do anything silly on your bike
I enjoyed the ride and the company, hope the weather behaves for next time.

Well today my brother Darrell (aka Leopardskin) and i went for a short ride into town to look at sparkly things, oh soooo many sparkly things! It was great to have a wander through the bike shops and sit on a few bikes. I very much liked a Triumph 675 tripple! Damn! so shiney and looked so lonely sitting in the corner wanting a new owner, but alas i wasn't able to take it home Bumped into Dan (Tupolo) getting a new tire for his bike, he'll be wrapped getting it fitted before the long weekend After we pulled ourselves away from the shiny things we covert so much we went for a lovely ride up through Dyers, along the bays and down through Sumner. It was a nice little ride. Happy New Year everybody!

well it must be those ringlets of his. They are lovely, not that they can be seen under the helmet very well. I think he is cute, but I am biased.
