So I'm the only idiot who crashed into a fence then.Only saving grace was not dropping the bike.It did lean quite a bit though (chuckles).

I don't pray before a ride, but have on occasion been moved to offer a thanks after one. There is no option to vote for that.
Often use one or other of several affirmations when "touring". The basic idea being to remind myself that I'm not in a race and that home might be a long way away
I take a minute to warm the bike up....don't want it to stall coming out of the driveway on one wheel
