Was an excellent day for racing, well organised, cool club. Unfortunatly this little homy is way un-fit, did my usual, started in 5th and worked my way back to 10th over all, but its a finish. sweet.

I was all set to go until the wifey (who hates driving tight, narrow, windy roads) decided to make it a family affair (I just wanted to touch base, and see how things are run etc) and so we all headed up about 11am, for a wee look, and about halfway between moonridge road and bulls run, she had a fright with an oncomming car, freaked out, took the next driveway as a 3 point turn, and fucked off out of there, apologising all the way home.....

Meh, I will get out there at some stage, seem to ahve all my gear sorted now, except helmet and goggles.

Big thanks to Mike Wellesby (sp?) who gave me some of his cast away used gear, legend that guy is!

Good ta meet ya Mayhem, bummer about tour radiator hose joiner chernoboling, hope its a cheap fix. Man i think i busted a rib or something when i smacked that tree, never experianced brake fade like that before, no rear brake until the stream crossing. new oil needed i think.
