Well go for it. "Says the nutter on the Harley."

If it helps I will make a small stick on one, a prosthetic kick start, you could say the original one was shot off in the war.

    Is that youthless or toothless?

Hell I look old in that vid, be warned young men what a life of work and toil will do to you.

Do I really look that old?

Hey Flip.........thanks........(sniff...sniff) I want you to know that I'm really touched by your concern...... (sniff.....sniff) having people like you in my life means a lot to me ..........(sniff.......sniff) I'm very sensitive about my war injuries.

I shall take to heart your helpful suggestions.

I know you are 'not young' fella. Sorry to bring it up.

You could say Roger stole the kick start? I'm sure he would not mind.

Or you could say the kick start kicked the bucket.

It's my war injuries rather than my age that I'm sensitive about. My missing kickstarter is something I may never emotionally recover from.

Your offer of a prosthetic kickstarter is a very generous one and I will take you up on it when you have some spare time. It could look very authentic on the as yet unbought Guzzi.

    Again my heartfelt thanks

And I can always use a spare one for my bike. You know, just in case it gets shot off.

    I can see it now.....

Uncle Flip's prosthetic kickers. Now in Shiny Chrome and Vivid Black.

Need a jump start in the morning, just stick one of these on the bed.

Only you and her will know that it doesn't work.

All this talk of inner tubes makes me want to go swimming! But it's 2am so I won't. The 8gb won't work, far, far too modern. the SDHC definitely won't work which is a shame.
No worries, in a few weeks the wifey will be back along with all my precious cards! It's her I'm waiting for to return, honest it is!

It's late, I read that as "Knickers" ...

And no, you don't look anywhere nearly that old, you know what they say about cameras adding years ... either that or people in television just want an excuse to wear makeup
